A Grateful Guest's Perspective

The rooms were spacious and clean. I especially loved the large, fluffy pillows provided. The towels and toiletries were well stocked, and bottled water was generously provided.
One minor inconvenience was the limited information available in the room about the hotel layout. After exploring, I was once directed to a different hotel entrance. I did not know there were two towers.

The breakfast selection was AMAZING!!! The variety of choices was extensive, and everything tasted fresh. I particularly enjoyed the omelettes prepared at the live station, they were cooked to perfection and full of flavor.

The hotel is spacious, providing ample room to move around without feeling crowded. I also found the fitness center well-equipped, with a variety of machines to meet different workout needs. The cleanliness throughout the hotel impressed me a lot.

The staff were pretty good too. I was greeted with smiles and prompt assistance whenever I needed anything. I am very grateful for the high level of professionalism and courteous service I experienced throughout my stay.

the food in the restaurants was acceptable.
The service was not great. It took too long to get someone to address an electrical issue in my room. i was asked to change rooms late at night and the reception staff were rude. i received no follow up call as promised, despite several messages i sent.
